Application:
This tester is used to test the bending fatigue life of the flexible circuit board especially flexible resistance. It can evaluate the effect of cyclic outer and inner bending on the fatigue behavior of a multi-layer metal film on a polymer substrate. With the flexible LCD application growing, the electric component effect is very important in flexible circuit board. The design of this machine will diviser into three aspects of mechanical design, vibration control and dynamic resistance testing software.
- The mechanical structure of the testing machine, which is based on control motor, driving screw slider as loading mechanism, is designed. It can accurately adjust vertical vibration frequency, amplitude stroke and adding 200N deadweight. Avoid the shortcoming of the fixed loading mode and loading stroke of the traditional mechanical transmission. Reserved interfaces on the loading structure and support structure are designed in order to achieve the reuse of the machine.
- The control system which using PLC+LCD controller as primarily controller measurement is designed and the circuit main processor module, motor driver module, photoelectric counting module, sample resistance test module, computer interaction module and serial communication module is also designed
- LCD control is designed; it can set the testing machine work parameters and feedback the real-time working state by using the PLC software. At same time, the tester is supported by computer software which displaying the relation of the resistance and loading times by using curves.
